Ingredientes

  • 2 Pimientos rojos
  • 2 Pimientos amarillos
  • 1 Taza de aceite de oliva
  • ½ Taza de alcaparras pequeñitas
  • 1 Ramita de orégano fresco y si es seco dos cucharaditas
  • 2 Cucharadas de peperoncino
  • 2 Dientes de ajo en cuadritos
  • 1 cucharadita de vinagre de manzana
  • Sal y pimienta c/n

Preparación

  1. Lavar los pimientos, luego asarlos al fuego directo, dando vueltas hasta quemar la piel, colocarlos en una funda y cerrar por 5 minutos, limpiar la piel, cortarlo en tiras y colocar en un bol con todos los ingredientes.
  2. Mezclar y guardar en un recipiente de vidrio por unas 6 horas como mínimo.
