Ingredientes

  • 2-3 Cebollas blancas grandes cortadas en aros
  • 1 ½ Taza de harina de trigo (mas ½ taza separada)
  • 1 Cucharada de polvo de hornear
  • 1 Cuchcrada de bicarbonato de soda
  • 1 Yema de huevo
  • 1 Taza de cerveza
  • ½ Cucharadita de sal (un poco más)
  • Pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Coloque suficiente aceite en una olla profunda. ( haremos un fritura sumergida )
  2. Aparte mezclamos los ingredientes seco y colocamos en un recipiente haciendo un hoyo en el centro ( como un volcan ).
  3. Separa la clara de le yema y bata ligeramente la yema y agregue a la mezcla de la harina, luego poco a poco agregue la cerveza y mezcle bien.
  4. Tome el resto de la harina y sazone con sal y pimienta y coloquela en un plato llano.
  5. Tome los aros de cebolla y separelos, retirando la membrana que separa cada aro.
  6. Pase los aros por la mezcla seca de harina y luego por la mezcla liquida. Retirando el exceso de mezcla.
  7. Fria en el aceite bien caliente y luego coloque sobre papel toalla absorbente.
  8. Cuando drene un poco la grasa agregar un poco de sal por arriba para sazonar.
