  • 2/3 taza de almendras
  • 6 oz de semillas de cajuil
  • 1½ tazas de avena
  • 1/3 taza de semillas de linaza
  • ½ taza de chispas de chocolate (opcional)
  • 1/3 taza de pasas
  • 1 taza de mantequilla de maní natural
  • ½ taza de miel
  • ½ cucharadita de sal

Preparación

  1. Colocar papel encerado en un molde tamaño 8"x 8", o 13"x 9" para barritas más finas.
  2. Cortar las almendras y semillas de cajuil en trocitos irregulares.
  3. Aparte, mezclar la avena, semillas de linaza, chispas de chocolate y pasas.
  4. En un recipiente grande suavizar la mantequilla de maní en microondas por unos 15 segundos, agregar la miel y dejar reposar un momento para que refresque un poco.
  5. Una vez que refresque, agregar la mantequilla de maní con miel a la avena y demás ingredientes, mezclando bien.
  6. Verter sobre el papel encerado en el molde y presionar con espátula para aplanar la mezcla.
  7. Cubrir con papel plástico y dejar enfriar por una hora.
  8. Cortar en barras o cuadritos. Tip: Se mantiene por 2 semanas en el refrigerador, o por unos 10 días a temperatura ambiente en contenedor con tapa hermética.
