Ingredientes

  • 1 Taza de arroz arborio
  • ½ Taza de Leche Evaporada CARNATION® Sabor a Tocineta
  • 1/2 Taza de vino blanco
  • 1/2 Cebolla cortada en cuadritos
  • 1 Diente de ajo cortado en cuadritos
  • 4 Cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 1 Taza de queso parmesano rallado
  • 3 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 1/2 Litro de aceite para freír
  • 4 Huevos
  • 1 taza de panko
  • 3 Cucharadas de hiervas italianas
  • 3 Cucharadas de salsa pomodoro
  • Sal c/necesaria
  • Fondo de vegetales c/necesaria

Preparación

  1. En una cacerola colocamos el aceite de oliva y sofreímos el ajo y la cebolla hasta marchitar.
  2. Luego agregamos el arroz y la Leche Evaporada CARNATION® Sabor aTocineta ,movemos constantemente con una cuchara de madera y vamos agregando el vino blanco de poco a poco.
  3. Ir moviendo e hidratando con caldo de vegetales y el arroz esté al dente agregar la mantequilla, la salsa de tomate prego, movemos por unos minutos.
  4. Probamos y corregimos condimentos con sal y un poco del queso parmesano.
  5. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar, luego hacemos bolitas del mismo tamaño, por otro lado mezclamos el huevo, un poco de queso parmesano y las hiervas italianas.
  6. En otro envase colocamos el panko.
  7. Pasamos las bolitas por la mezcla de huevo y luego panko, refrigeramos unos minutos y freímos en abundante aceite.
