Bolitas de Ricotta

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 Taza de ricotta
  • ½ Taza de parmesano rallado
  • 2 Cucharadas de perejil liso picadito
  • 1 Diente de ajo machacado
  • Pizca de nuez moscada
  • 2 Huevos
  • Sal y pimienta
  • 2/3 Taza de pan rallado
  • Aceite para freír

Preparación

  1. En un recipiente mezcle a ricotra con el parmesano, perejil, ajo y la yema de un huevo. (reserve la clara para después). Sazone con sal y pimienta y agregue la pizca de nuez moscada.
  2. Haga las bolitas de ricotta (no mas grande que una nuez ). Reserva las bolitas sobre una bandeja por unos 15 minutos. (esto es para que se sequen un poco).
  3. Luego bate el huevo con la clara restante y en un recipiente coloca el pan rallado, en otro el huevo batido.
  4. Pas alas bolitas de rticotta, por el huevo batido primero y luego por el pan rallado.
  5. Freir en abundante aceite bien caliente hasta que doren.
  6. Retirar con mucho cuidado, preferiblemente con una espumadera ( cuchara con hoyitos) y colocar sobre papel de toalla absorvente.
  7. NOTA: Debes de revisar que las bolitas esten bien cubiertas con el huevo batido y el pan rallado.
  8. Al momento de servir, puedes acompanar con una mermelada de guayaba o fresa.
  9. Tambien para darle mas sabor puedes cambiar el perejil liso por puerro picadito.
