Ingredientes

  • 6 huevos (separadas claras y yemas)
  • 1 taza de azúcar
  • 1 taza de harina
  • 2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
  • 1 tarro de dulce de leche o mermelada de fresa, guayaba, pina etc.
  • Azúcar en polvo para decorar

Preparación

  1. Teniendo los huevos separados vamos a batir las claras a punto de nieve e incorpore suavemente 1 taza de azúcar sin dejar de batir. Agregamos las yemas una a una y luego la harina cernida con el polvo de hornear.
  2. Ya teniendo la masa lista en un pairex plano forrado con papel encerado y enmantequilla, vamos a verter la mezcla y llevar al horno por unos 10 a 15 minutos a una temperatura de 325 grados. Verifica pasado los 10 minutos la coccion de la masa y si el palillo sale limpio pues retirar del horno.
  3. Retire del fuego y deje enfriar, entonces exparcir por toda la masa el dulce de leche o la mermelada a eleccion, tomar las esquinas del papel encerada e ir enrollando poco a poco hasta obtener el brazo.
  4. FInalmente espolvoree con un poco de azucar en polvo.
