Ingredientes

  • 1-2 Masa para pizza, burrito o pan pita
  • 1 Taza de espinacas cocidas
  • 1 Cebolla blanca picada en cubitos
  • ½ Taza de queso cheddar rallado
  • 6 Huevos
  • 3 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Precaliente el horno 475 grados.
  2. Barnice la masa para pizza, burrito o pan pita y lleve al horno por unos 5 minutos. Retire.
  3. Aparte bata los huevo con un poco de sal y pimienta.
  4. En una sarten agregue 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva y cocine las cebollas por un par de minutos, agregue la espinaca y cocine por unos minutos mas. Luego agregue los huevos batidos y cocine dejando el huevo un poco jugoso.
  5. Coloque el huevo sobre la masa y espolvoree el queso cheddar. Lleve nuevamente al horno y deje que el queso se derrita y el huevo termine de cocinar.
  6. Retire y deje refrescar por un par de minutos y luego corte y sirva.
  7. Tambien puede usar puerro picadito por arriba al momento de servir.
