Ingredientes

  • 1 ½ Taza de queso manchego curado
  • ½ Taza queso parmesano
  • 1 Taza queso crema
  • ½ Taza ricotta
  • 3 Cucharadas de harina
  • ½ Cucharadita de tomillo seco
  • Ralladura de ½ limón
  • Pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Rallar los quesos por el lado grueso y mezclar en un recipiente con la ricotta.
  2. Luego agregamos un toque de pimienta, incorporamos el harina y el tomillo. Integramos todo hasta formar una pasta manejable.
  3. Finalmente perfumamos con la ralladura del limón.
  4. Haga  bolitas y luego presiónelas un poco para formar los cakes ( puedes jugar con la imaginación y hacer formas ) los pasamos por harina y luego llevamos a cocinar.
  5. En una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva se cocinan de ambos lados hasta que estén dorados.
  6. Al momento de servir colocar por arriba un poco de la mermelada de pimientos. Tambien puedes variar la mermelada y ponerla de naranja, guayaba, fresa, pina o la de tu preferencia.
