Ingredientes

  • 1 Cdta. de aceite de oliva
  • 2 Cdas. de mantequilla
  • 2 Cdas. de ajo majado
  • 1 Hoja de laurel
  • 1 ½ Lbs. de camarones (pre-cocidos)
  • ¼ Taza de vino blanco
  • 1 Cda. de perejil
  • Sal y pimienta

Preparación

  1. Verter en una sartén el aceite de oliva junto a la mantequilla, incorporar el ajo majado, la hoja de laurel y cocinar a fuego bien suave durante 2 minutos evitando que el ajo se queme. Subir el fuego y al mismo tiempo agregar los camarones. Cuando cambien de color añadir el vino y dejar que reduzca. Sazonar con sal y pimienta. Servir con el perejil.
