Camarones envueltos en prosciutto

Ingredientes

  • 20-25 tiras finas de prosciutto
  • 450 gramos de camarones jumbo, pelados y limpios
  • Sal y pimienta
  • 1/4 taza de mantequilla derretida
  • 2 cucharaditas de ajo en polvo
  • Pizca de sal y pimienta

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 425 grados F.
  2. Tomar las tiras de prosciutto y envolver un camarón, y colocar sobre una hoja de papel para horno.
  3. Repetir este proceso con el resto de camarones.
  4. Cepillar cada camarón con la mantequilla derretida.
  5. Sazonar con una pizca generosa de sal y pimienta ajo en pedacitos pequeños
  6. Hornear durante 8-10 minutos, o hasta que los camarones estén de color rosa y el jamón esté ligeramente crujiente.
  7. Servir caliente, con horquillas de cóctel si se desea.
