Canelones con salsa al queso

Ingredientes

  • 1 paquete de canelones
  • 2 libras de carne de cerdo molida
  • 1 lata de pimientos piquillos
  • 3 dientes de ajo triturados
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1/2 libra de queso de cabra
  • 1/2 libra de queso parmesano recién rallado
  • 1 cebolla picadita
  • 1 litro crema de leche

Preparación

  1. Para la salsa, sofreímos la cebolla bien picadita en una sartén con aceite de oliva, pimienta y sal.
  2. Agregamos la crema de leche y los quesos recién rallados; reservamos.
  3. Para los canelones, cocinamos la carne molida sazonada con orégano, sal, pimienta, ajo triturado, pimientos picaditos y aceite de oliva; reservamos.
  4. Cocinamos los canelones de acuerdo a las instrucciones del empaque y rellenamos con la carne.
  5. En un pyrex colocamos primero parte de la salsa, luego vamos colocando los canelones ya rellenos, bañamos con la salsa restante y, por último, esparcimos queso recién rallado.
  6. Llevamos al horno por 20 minutos a una temperatura de 350ºF.
