Ingredientes

  • 4 lonjas de jamón finas (4"x4")
  • 8 oz de cream cheese 1/3 menos grasa, natural o con puerro
  • Palitos de pepino sin semillas de unas 4" de largo
  • 4 lonjas delgadas de queso, a temperatura ambiente
  • 1 pimiento cortado en tiras de 4" de largo

Preparación

  1. Secar bien el jamón con papel toalla.
  2. Colocar en tabla de cortar y untar con dos cucharadas de cream cheese.
  3. Secar un palito de pepino y colocarlo en un extremo de la lonja de jamón, y enrollar apretando.
  4. Repetir hasta terminar con el jamón.
  5. Hacer el mismo procedimiento con las lonjas de queso, cream cheese y tiras de pimiento.
  6. Cortar cada rollo de jamón y de queso en rueditas de 1/2 pulgada.
  7. Cubrir con plástico y reservar en la nevera. Tip: Para una merienda divertida, se pueden servir estos rollitos con palitos chinos. Si los niños no son diestros con los mismos, colocar un pedacito de papel en el extremo superior de los palitos y amarrar con una gomita.
