Ingredientes

  • 1 Atado de perejil, sin los palitos, picado bien fino
  • 6 Dientes de ajo picadito
  • 2 Hojas de albahaca fresca, picadas (opcional puede usar albahaca seca )
  • ½ Taza de aceite vegetal
  • 4 Cucharadas de vinagre blanco
  • 1 Cucharada de jugo de limón
  • 2 Latas de maíz en grano
  • 1 Lata de pimiento piquillo
  • Sal y pimienta fresca al gusto

Preparación

  1. Colocar en un recipiente el perejil, el ajo y la albahaca, todo picado al gusto.
  2. Agregue el maíz y luego el aceite, el jugo de limón y el vinagre.
  3. Salpimiente al gusto.
  4. Agregue los pimientos piquillos picaditos y mezcle. Pruebe y corrija al gusto, agregando si lo requiere más vinagre, sal o pimienta.
  5. Nota: Si desea, puede controlar la fortaleza del sabor a ajo. Si lo corta en finas lascas y lo amortigua pasándolo por una sartén en aceite, logrará un sabor suave y ligero. Si agrega el ajo crudo y picadito, logrará un sabor fuerte y contundente.
