Costillas de cerdo con salsa de ciruela

Ingredientes

  • 1 libra de costillas que tengan mucha masa
  • 3 dientes de ajo triturados
  • 1 cebolla picada
  • 1 taza jugo de ciruela
  • 10 ciruelas sin hueso
  • 1 cucharadita de comino
  • 1 cucharada de orégano fresco triturado con las manos
  • 1 ramita de tomillo
  • 1 cucharada de maicena
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • chorrito de aceite

Preparación

  1. Sazonamos las costillas con sal, pimienta, orégano, ajo y tomillo, y doramos en el aceite hasta que la carne se cocine bien.
  2. Mientras, hacemos la salsa: licuamos las ciruelas y la cebolla junto con el jugo de ciruela.
  3. Agregamos esta mezcla a la sartén con la carne.
  4. Diluimos la maicena con un poquito de agua y la echamos a la sartén para que la salsa se espese.
  5. Rectificamos de sal y servimos.
