Crepes rellenas de salsa de naranja

Ingredientes

  • 2 tazas de harina cernida
  • 3 huevos
  • 1 litro de leche
  • 1 cucharada de azúcar
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • 3 tazas de mermelada de naranja
  • 1/2 taza de zumo de naranja
  • 1 cucharadita de vainilla
  • 1 cucharadita de aceite

Preparación

  1. Para hacer las crepes mezclamos todos los ingredientes y batimos hasta conseguir una masa homogénea.
  2. En una sartén antiadherente ponemos un poquito de aceite y untamos bien la sartén con el mismo.
  3. Luego echamos la mezcla de las crepes hasta formar una capa bien delgada en todo el fondo de la sartén.
  4. Doramos la masa de un lado y luego damos la vuelta y doramos del otro lado, y así vamos haciendo hasta terminar con la masa.
  5. Para el relleno:
  6. Mezclamos la mermelada junto al zumo de naranja y la vainilla y llevamos a la nevera por una hora.
  7. Rellenamos las crepes con esta salsa y procedemos a cerrarlas.
