Ingredientes

  • 2 Cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal
  • 3 Cucharadas de harina
  • 1 Taza de leche evaporada
  • 1 Taza de leche entera
  • 1 Cucharadita de sal
  • ½ Cucharadita de pimienta
  • Pizca de nuez moscada
  • ½ Taza de queso gruyer rallado
  • ½ Taza de queso parmesano rallado
  • 16 Rebanadas de pan de molde (sin bordes)
  • 8 Rebanadas de queso gruyer (puede ser también rallado)
  • 8 Rebanadas de jamón cocido rebanado
  • Mostaza Dijon
  • Mantequilla adicional

Preparación

  1. Precalentamos el horno a 400 grados F.
  2. En una olla colocar la mantequilla, agregar la harina, dejar derretir y mezclar.
  3. Agregar la leche evaporada, la leche entera y mover constantemente, dar toque de sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Agregar el queso gruyer, el parmesano y mezclar todo. Retirar del fuego y reservar.
  4. Cortar los bordes del pan y untar ambas tapas con mantequilla a temperatura ambiente. Dorar. Luego untar un poco de mostaza, colocar una lonja de jamón y otra de queso gruyer o rallado, tapar, colocar un poco de salsa de queso por arriba y un poco más de queso gruyer rallado y llevar al horno a que el queso se derrita y dorar.
  5. Retirar, dejar enfriar un poco y cortar. Servir.
  6. Se puede acompañar con una ensalada de rúcula y tomates aderezada con una vinagreta de limón.
