Ingredientes

  • 2 barras de mantequilla
  • 1 taza azúcar blanca
  • 4 huevos
  • 2 tazas harina todo uso
  • 1 cucharada polvo de hornear
  • ½ taza de leche
  • 1 taza frutas cristalizadas o confitadas
  • 1 cucharada de ron

Preparación

  1. Cernir la harina y el polvo de hornear, y reservar.
  2. Agregar 1 cucharada de la harina a las frutas cristalizadas (para que no se vayan al fondo cuando las agreguemos a la mezcla), y reservar.
  3. Con una batidora, cremar la mantequilla con el azúcar a una velocidad alta, hasta obtener una textura cremosa. Bajar un poco la velocidad y añadir los huevos uno a uno, para que se mezclen bien, y agregar el ron.
  4. Ir añadiendo la harina y la leche poco a poco alternadas, y batir hasta formar una masa homogénea.
  5. Verter la mezcla en un bol, agregar las frutas cristalizadas y mezclar con movimientos envolventes usando la espátula.
  6. Distribuir la mezcla en los moldes con capacillos y llevar al horno por unos 20 minutos a una temperatura de 350ºF o 170ºC, hasta que estén doraditos y que al introducir un palillo salga limpio.
  7. Retirar y dejar enfriar para decorar con un poco de azúcar pulverizada y unos trocitos de las frutas cristalizadas.
