Ingredientes

  • 4 Cucharadas de vinagre de sidra
  • 1 Cucharada de azúcar morena
  • 1/4 De taza de cilantro picadito
  • 1 ½ Taza de arroz cocido
  • 1 Cebolla roja picadita en cubitos
  • 1 Pimiento morrón rojo cortado en cubitos
  • ½ Piña fresca cortada en cubos y sin corazón o 1 taza de trozos de piña en lata
  • 1/2 Taza de macadamias, almendras o nueces
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Preparar el aderezo mezclando el vinagre con el azúcar morena y el cilantro. Agregar el aceite y reservar.
  2. Mezcla el arroz con la piña cortada, la cebolla y el pimiento, aderezar con la vinagreta y salpimentar al gusto. Mezcla bien y lleva a enfriar.
  3. Al momento de servir agregar las nueces por arriba.
  4. Se puede servir dentro de la mitad de la piña ahuecada.
