Ensalada de Camarones y Piña con Aderezo Asiático

Ingredientes

  • 1 Taza de piña cortada en tiritas finas (juliana)
  • 3 Hojas de lechuga romana cortada en tiritas
  • 3 Hojas de lechuga repollada cortada en tiritas
  • 2 Hojas de repollo morado cortado en tiritas finas
  • 6 Camarones pre-cocidos cortados a la mitad
  • Aderezo
  • 4 Cucharadas de jugo de limón
  • 1 ½ Cucharadas de aceite de sésamo
  • 1 Cucharada de salsa de sésamo
  • 1 Cucharada de semillas de sésamo tostadas
  • 1 ½ Cucharadas de azúcar

Preparación

  1. Lavar las hojas, escurrirlas y cortarlas en tiritas.
  2. Por otro lado, salpimentar los camarones y saltearlos por unos segundos, cortarlos al medio.
  3. En un bowl mezclar todos los ingredientes del aderezo asiático hasta emulsionar.
  4. En un plato colocar las hojas y mezclar con parte del aderezo y colocar al centro, poner la piña alrededor, los camarones en el tope y bañar con el resto del aderezo.
