Ensalada de peras, nueces y vinagreta de queso azul

Ingredientes

  • Mezcla de lechugas
  • 2 Peras
  • 50 g Queso azul
  • ¼ Taza de aceite de oliva
  • ½ Taza de vinagre de manzana
  • 4 Tazas de agua
  • 2 Tazas de azúcar
  • 1 Taza de nueces

Preparación

  1. Lavar y desinfectar las lechugas con yodo o vinagre.
  2. Luego de lavarlas, centrifugarlas para eliminar el agua, y reservar.
  3. Para el almíbar, en una olla agregar 4 tazas de agua por dos tazas de azúcar.
  4. Pelar las peras y agregarlas al almíbar a fuego medio por 30 a 40 minutos.
  5. Cuando estén listas, retirarlas y dejar enfriando con todo y almíbar.
  6. Para el aderezo, mezclar aceite de oliva, vinagre de manzana y queso azul hasta emulsionar, y reservar.
  7. Por último, colocar en un bowl las lechugas, cortar las peras en finas láminas y colocarlas sobre la lechuga, agregar nueces y finalmente aderezar.
