Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de quínoa
  • 2 tazas de agua
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • 1½ tazas de piña cortadas en cuadritos
  • 1½ tazas de fresas cortadas a la mitad
  • 1½ tazas de mango cortado en cuadritos
  • 1 taza de macadamias tostadas y picadas

Preparación

  1. Lavar bien la quínoa bajo el chorro de agua fría utilizando un colador.
  2. En una sartén, agregar la quínoa, el agua y la sal, dejar hervir a temperatura media durante 5 minutos.
  3. Bajar el fuego y seguir la cocción a temperatura baja por espacio de 15 minutos o hasta que se haya absorbido el agua.
  4. Quitar del fuego y dejar que se enfríe a temperatura ambiente.
  5. Aparte, en un tazón mediano, mezclar el jugo de limón, la miel y la menta hasta que queden bien combinados.
  6. En un tazón grande, colocar la quínoa y las frutas picadas, y verter el aderezo; mezclar bien.
  7. Por último, agregar las macadamias tostadas y unir hasta que todo esté bien combinado.
  8. Servir frío o a temperatura ambiente.
