Ensalada de Rúcula con Manzanas y Nueces

Ingredientes

  • 4 Tazas de hojas de rúcula
  • 3 Cucharadas de yogurt griego natural
  • 1 Cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1 Cucharada de zumo de limón
  • 1 Cucharada de miel
  • ¼ De cucharadita de canela en polvo
  • 1 Manzana (tipo Gala o Pink Lady)
  • 1/3 De taza de nueces picadas
  • 1/3 De taza de cranberries
  • 2 Cucharadas de semillas de girasol (opcional)
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Mezclar el yogurt griego con el limón, el aceite de oliva, la miel, la canela, la sal y la pimienta.  
  2. Incorporar este aderezo a las hojas de rúcula (lavadas y secas) y por arriba agregar la manzana picadita (bañar con un poco de limón para evitar que se oxiden), las nueces, los cranberries y las semillas de girasol.
