Ensalada de sandía, queso feta, albahaca y menta

Ingredientes

  • 2 tazas de sandía picada en cuadros y sin semillas
  • 1 cucharada de zumo de limón
  • 3 cucharadas de albahaca fresca picada
  • 3 cucharadas de menta fresca picada
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • ¼ taza de queso feta desmenuzado

Preparación

  1. En una fuente combine la sandía, el zumo de limón y la mitad de la albahaca y la menta.
  2. Aderece con sal y pimienta, y agregue la mitad del queso.
  3. Finalmente, al momento de servir, agregar el resto de albahaca, menta y queso.
  4. Nota: Una variante del aderezo es duplicar la cantidad de zumo de limón y agregar una pizca de hojuelas de pimienta de cayena, 2 cucharaditas de miel, 1 cucharadita de jengibre rallado y una cucharadita de cáscara de naranja rallada.
