Ingredientes

  • 1 Puñado de lechuga romana
  • 1 Puñado de rúcula
  • 1 Puñado de radiccio
  • 1 Puñado de semillas de sésamo
  • 100 g Salmón ahumado
  • 1 Naranja en gajos
  • ½ Taza de miel
  • ½ Taza salsa teriyaki
  • 2 Cucharadas de mostaza
  • ½ Taza de jugo de naranja
  • 2 Cucharadas de soya clara
  • 5 Cucharadas de aceite de sésamo

Preparación

  1. Lavar y desinfectar las lechugas, radiccio y rúcula con yodo o vinagre.
  2. Luego de lavarlos, escurrir bien y agregar gajos de naranja.
  3. Agregar a la mezcla anterior, salmón ahumado y semillas de sésamo.En un bowl, emulsionar jugo de naranja, salsa de soya, aceite de sésamo, miel, mostaza y salsa teriyaki.
  4. Bañar la ensalada con la vinagreta y servir.
