Ingredientes

  • 150 gramos de camarones pelados
  • 200 gramos de aros de calamar
  • 150 gramos de tomates cherries
  • ¼ de cebolla roja
  • 3 chilis picados
  • 2 dientes de ajo picados
  • 1 puñado de hojas de cilantro
  • 1 puñado de puerro picado
  • 3 cucharadas de zumo de limón
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa de pescado
  • ½ cucharada de azúcar
  • Sal al gusto

Preparación

  1. Cortamos los tomates cherries por la mitad y reservamos.
  2. Ponemos agua a hervir, agregar sal al gusto.
  3. Mientras tanto, en un bol preparamos la salsa: añadimos los chilis picados, los ajos picados, el azúcar, la salsa de pescado y el zumo de limón, y lo movemos todo bien. Reservamos.
  4. Cuando el agua esté hirviendo añadimos los aros de calamar y cocinamos por un minuto; los movemos un poco y los sacamos escurriéndoles bien el agua.
  5. Agregamos los aros a la salsa y mezclamos bien.
  6. En la misma agua que hervimos los aros de calamar, llevamos de nuevo a hervor y cocinamos los camarones por unos 3 a 5 minutos, y cuando estén listos los pasamos también a la salsa.
  7. Luego añadimos la cebolla roja y los tomates cherries, y mezclamos bien con la salsa.
  8. Finalmente, incorporamos el cilantro y el puerro, y volvemos a mezclar todo bien.
  9. Tips: En Tailandia las ensaladas, a diferencia de otros países, no llevan ni lechuga ni aceite.
