Ingredientes

  • 1 lechuga
  • 2 ramas de apio
  • 2 manzanas
  • 125 gramos de nueces
  • 125 gramos de uvas pasas
  • 1 yema de huevo fresco
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre
  • 150 ml de aceite de oliva
  • Sal al gusto

Preparación

  1. Tostar ligeramente las nueces en una sartén, y una vez que se enfríen cortarlas en trozos grandes.
  2. Para hacer la mayonesa, ponemos en un bol la yema de huevo y la sal, y comenzamos a batir con batidor (¿de mano?).
  3. Luego incorporamos el aceite en chorro fino para que se haga la emulsión.
  4. Añadimos el vinagre y reservamos en frío.
  5. Pelamos y cortamos las manzanas en la forma deseada, cortamos el apio en trozos y lavamos y escurrimos la lechuga.
  6. En una ensaladera colocamos el apio, las manzanas, la mitad de las nueces y las uvas pasas, agregamos la mayonesa al gusto y mezclamos bien.
  7. Para servir, colocamos en una fuente una porción(?) de lechuga troceada, vertemos encima la mezcla preparada de los demás ingredientes con la mayonesa, y finalmente decoramos con el resto de las nueces.
