Espaguetis horneados con mariscos

Ingredientes

  • 1 libra de espaguetis
  • 2 tazas de mejillones
  • 2 tazas de pulpitos
  • 2 tazas de camarones
  • 2 tazas tomates fritos
  • 1 taza vino blanco
  • 1 taza consomé de pescado
  • 4 dientes de ajo
  • 1 atado de perejil

Preparación

  1. Cocinamos la pasta y la dejamos un poco al dente. Reservamos.
  2. Cortamos los ajos en lascas bien finitas y sofreímos en el aceite de oliva.
  3. Agregamos los tomates fritos, el caldo de pescado y el vino.
  4. Luego de un ratito, añadimos los mariscos y mezclamos bien.
  5. Colocamos papel de aluminio al fondo de un pyrex, (el lado más brillante hacia arriba) servimos los espaguetis y bañamos con el perejil picadito.
  6. Cubrimos el pyrex con papel de aluminio (con el lado más brillante hacia abajo) y llevamos al horno a una temperatura de 180º por unos 20 minutos.
