Ingredientes

  • Aceite de oliva
  • 1 taza de suero de leche
  • 2 tazas de pan rallado
  • 2 libras de ravioli aproximadamente
  • ¼ taza de queso parmesano rallado
  • 1 taza de salsa marinara

Preparación

  1. Verter aceite de oliva en un sartén.
  2. Calentarlo a temperatura media.
  3. Colocar suero de leche y ralladura de pan en dos tazones diferentes.
  4. Remojar los raviolis en el suero de leche para cubrir por completo.
  5. Espolvorear los raviolis con la ralladura de pan.
  6. Cuando el aceite esté caliente, freír los raviolis por tres minutos.
  7. Voltear ocasionalmente.
  8. Transferir a toallas de papel para remover el exceso de aceite.
  9. Rociar con queso parmesano y servir acompañado por un tazón con salsa marinara caliente.
