Filete de cerdo a la mostaza con tope de datiles y cilantro

Ingredientes

  • 1 Filete de cerdo
  • ¼ Taza de mostaza Dijon
  • 1 Cucharadita de mostaza en grano
  • 3 Cucharadas de azúcar
  • 2 Cucharadas de vinagre blanco
  • 1/3 Taza de aceite de oliva

Preparación

  1. Si desea, puede cortar el filete tipo mariposa para una cocción más rápida. Sazone con el aderezo de mostaza.Para el aderezo, combine las mostazas con el azúcar y el vinagre. Poco a poco vaya incorporando el aceite de oliva y mezcle bien.
  2. Lleve a la parrilla y cocine por ambos lados por unos 10 minutos.
  3. Prepare el tope de dátiles, llevando a fuego el jugo de naranja y dejando reducir un poco, incorpore las hojuelas de pimienta de cayena. Retire del fuego, agregue los dátiles cortados y el aceite de oliva, por último las hojas de cilantro.
  4. Sirva el filete de cerdo con el tope de dátiles.
