Ingredientes

  • 1 filete de res
  • 10 hongos portobello rebanados
  • 1 cucharada de salsa inglesa
  • 1 cucharada de harina
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 10 dientes de ajo triturados
  • chorrito de aceite de oliva
  • 1/2 taza caldo de res

Preparación

  1. Limpiamos bien nuestro filete y lo rebanamos en medallones y lo sazonamos con sal, pimienta y ajo. Reservamos por unos 30 minutos.
  2. Luego, en una sartén antiadherente con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, vamos pasando nuestro filete unos 4 minutos de cada lado hasta obtener el término de cocción deseado. Retiramos y reservamos.
  3. En la misma sartén derretimos la mantequilla y salteamos los hongos.
  4. Luego agregamos la salsa inglesa y el caldo de res, y cuando comience a hervir añadimos los medallones de carne.
  5. Por último, agregamos la harina disuelta en un poco de agua, dejamos que espese y servimos.
