Hamburguesa de pollo y trigo al horno

Ingredientes

  • 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
  • 1 libra de hojas de espinaca fresca
  • 1 libra de carne molida de pollo
  • 1 cebolla roja picadita en cubos pequeños
  • 2 dientes de ajo picaditos
  • 1 cucharadita de comino en polvo
  • ¼ cucharadita de sal
  • ¼ cucharadita de pimienta
  • 1 huevo
  • 2 tazas de trigo hidratado (se puede usar cous cous cocido o quínoa cocida)

Preparación

  1.  Precalentamos el horno a una temperatura de 400ºF.
  2. En un recipiente mezclar la carne molida con las espinacas (previamente cocidas y picadas), la cebolla, el trigo y el ajo.
  3. Agregar el comino, sal y pimienta y el aceite, mezclar un poco y luego agregar el huevo. Mezclar bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
  4. Dividir la masa en 6 porciones y formar las hamburguesas.
  5. Preferiblemente, llevar a refrigerar un poco para que tomen mayor consistencia.
  6. Colocar las hamburguesas sobre una bandeja previamente barnizada con un poco de aceite de oliva y llevar al horno por unos 20-30 minutos. Retirar del horno y dejar refrescar.
  7. Servir cada una de las hamburguesas con una ensalada de pimientos, tomates y cebolla roja, sobre una cama de lechuga.

  9. Nota: Puedeservirlas en pan de hamburguesa con los ingredientes de su gusto.
  10. Y se pueden cocinar en una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva por unos 8 minutos en total, dejando dorar de ambos lados.
