Ingredientes

  • 2 libras pechugas de pollo sin hueso, troceadas
  • 2 cucharaditas de hojas de limón kafir picaditas
  • 1 taza de pan rallado
  • 1 cucharada de harina
  • 1/2 taza de puerro fino picadito
  • 1 cucharadita salsa de pescado
  • 1/2 taza de cilantro picado
  • 1 huevo batido
  • Zumo de un limón
  • 2 cucharaditas salsa de soja
  • 1 guindilla sin semillas, picada

Preparación

  1. Triturar el pollo (no muy fino).
  2. Mezclar a mano con el resto de los ingredientes y formar 8 hamburguesas.
  3. Taparlas con papel film transparente y dejarlas en la nevera mínimo 20 minutos.
  4. Retirarlas de la nevera y dorarlas por dos minutos de cada lado en una sartén.
  5. Disponerlas en una bandeja para horno forrada con papel sulfurizado y hornear por 10 minutos a 200ºC.
  7. Tips: Si se van a guardar para más adelante, colocarles papel encerado entre una y otra y llevarlas al congelador en una bolsa plástica apta para congelador.
