Hummus de Garbanzos y Habichuelas Blancas

Ingredientes

  • ½ Lata de garbanzos
  • ½ Lata de habichuelas blancas (drenadas y lavadas)
  • Zumo de un limón
  • 1 Cucharada de tahini (mantequilla de sésamo)
  • 1 Cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • Sal y Pimienta al gusto
  • 1 Diente de ajo
  • 4 Cucharadas de agua (un poco más al gusto) (puede usar el agua de los garbanzos)
  • Perejil liso y pimentón dulce para la decoración

Preparación

  1. En la licuadora agregar los garbanzos y las habichuelas, el zumo del limón, el agua, el tahini y el aceite de oliva.
  2. Licuar. Luego, cuando se tengan los garbanzos y las habichuelas molidas, se le agrega la sal y la pimienta más el diente de ajo (entero) y se vuelve a licuar.
  3. Luego se coloca en una fuente y se decora con perejil picadito y un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Si se desea también, un poco de pimentón dulce por encima.
