Ingredientes

  • 2 Tazas de galletas maría trituradas
  • 1 Barra mantequilla
  • ½ Taza de azúcar
  • Relleno Key Lime Pie
  • 1 Lata leche condensada La Lechera Nestlé® de 405 g
  • ¾ De cucharada de ralladura de limón
  • ½ Taza de jugo de limón
  • ½ Taza de crema para montar fría
  • 1 Taza de claras de huevo
  • 2 Tazas de azúcar blanca
  • Ralladura de 1 limón
  • 1 Cucharada de vainilla blanca

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 350 F. Mezclar las galletas trituradas con la mantequilla derretida y el azúcar.
  2. Colocar en un molde de tarta desmoldable presionando con los dedos para compactar. Llevar al horno por 10  minutos para sellar.
  3. Aparte, mezclar leche condensada Nestlé® con la ralladura de limón y el jugo de limón.
  4. Aparte, batir la crema de leche hasta montar e incorporar a la mezcla de la leche condensada y limón de manera envolvente.
  5. Verter sobre el pie de galletas y decorar con suspiro.
  6. Llevar a la nevera y consumir frío.
  7. Preparación del suspiro
  8. Colocar las claras en un bowl para batir con el globo.
  9. Aparte, colocar 1 ½ taza de azúcar en una olla y remojar.
  10. Colocarla en el fuego con un termómetro.
  11. Al mismo tiempo encender (batir) las claras e ir incorporando el resto del azúcar.
  12. Cuando el termómetro marque 240F el almíbar está listo para ser retirado del calor y ser incorporado a las claras a punto de nieve. Ojo bajar la velocidad de la máquina.
  13. Dejar refrescar batiendo a alta velocidad. Agregar ralladura de limón y la vainilla.
