Láminas de salmón ahumado (también podemos hacer una variante con prosciutto)
2 Manzanas verdes
Hojas de Rúcula
Limón
Aceite de Oliva
Sal y pimienta
Preparación
Cortar las manzanas en láminas semigruesas y bañarlas con el zumo de limón.
Luego colocar hojas de rúcula sobre cada lámina (previamente se puede aderezar con sal y un toque de aceite de oliva) y cubrir con la lonja de salmón ahumado o de prociuto.
Para finalizar, dar un hilo de aceite de oliva y agregar pimienta recién molida.
NOTA: Se puede sustituir el salmón ahumado por salmón fresco, en cubitos o tipo sashimi. La forma de preparación será la misma.
