Ingredientes

  • 1 paquete de lasaña
  • 20 camarones limpios
  • 2 libras de pescado desmenuzado
  • 10 hongos rebanados
  • 1 cebolla cortada en cubos
  • Chorrito de aceite de oliva
  • 1 sobre de salsa bechamel
  • Sal y pimienta
  • 3 dientes de ajo
  • 1 taza de vino blanco
  • 1 libra queso mozzarella en láminas
  • 1 hoja de laurel

Preparación

  1. Preparamos la pasta de acuerdo a las instrucciones del empaque y reservamos.
  2. En una sartén con aceite de oliva sofreímos la cebolla.
  3. Agregamos los camarones, el pescado y los hongos, y mezclamos bien.
  4. Salpimentamos, agregamos el laurel y luego el vino, y cocinamos por unos minutos.
  5. Para armar nuestra lasaña, en un pyrex colocamos una primera base con la bechamel, luego una capa de la pasta y sobre ella parte del relleno y láminas de queso; y de nuevo salsa bechamel, pasta, y así seguimos hasta terminar con queso y bechamel.
  6. Llevamos al horno a una temperatura de 200ºC por unos 25 minutos.
