Lasaña de verduras y camarones

Ingredientes

  • 10 láminas de lasaña
  • 20 camarones limpios y partidos a la mitad
  • 1 cebolla picadita
  • 3 pimientos (rojo, verde y amarillo) cortados en cubitos
  • 1 calabacín cortado en cubos
  • 1 zanahoria rebanada
  • 1 lata de tomates pelados y triturados
  • 3 dientes de ajo triturados
  • 1 libra de queso mozzarella rebanado
  • queso parmesano rallado

Preparación

  1. Preparamos las láminas de lasaña como indica el empaque y reservamos.
  2. Aparte, en una sartén sofreímos la cebolla, pimientos, ajo y zanahoria, y cuando estén ponchados añadimos el calabacín, los tomates y los camarones.
  3. Salpimentamos y cuidamos que quede todo con mucho líquido.
  4. Aparte, preparamos el pyrex engrasado y vamos acomodando primero láminas de pasta, luego parte del relleno y partes de queso mozzarella y parmesano, y así vamos intercalando hasta terminar con queso mozzarella y parmesano.
  5. Llevamos al horno a gratinar por unos 20 minutos a una temperatura de 180ºC.
