2 Tallos de brócoli (cortados en florecitas pequeñas)
4 Cucharadas de mantequilla
2 Dientes de ajo (cortados muy finitos)
3 Cucharadas de harina
½ Taza de caldo de pollo
2 Tazas de leche
2 ½ Tazas de queso cheddar
¼ De taza de puerro picadito
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparación
Colocar agua con un poco de sal en una olla y dejar hervir. Agregar la pasta y dejar cocer según las instrucciones del empaque. Luego de 2 minutos de cocción, agregar las florecitas de brócoli y dejar cocinar con la pasta por unos 8 minutos más.
Mientras se cocina la pasta, aparte en una sartén a fuego medio, derretir la mantequilla, agregar el ajo y dejar cocinar por unos 2 minutos.
Incorporar la harina con la mantequilla, luego agregar la leche, el caldo de pollo y sazonar con sal y pimienta. Dejar que la salsa tome cuerpo.
Colar la pasta, también los brócolis y agregar a la salsa. Ajustar la sal y pimienta según su gusto.
Colocar todo en un plato y cubrir con el resto del queso y el puerro picadito. Si se desea se puede llevar al horno para dorar un poco.
