Ingredientes

  • 1½ tazas de leche
  • 2 huevos
  • ¼ cucharadita de sal
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de canola
  • 1 taza de harina
  • Nota: Si las crepes serán dulces, agregar 2 cucharadas de azúcar y reducir la cantidad de sal a una pizca.

Preparación

  1. Llevar todos los ingredientes menos la harina a una licuadora.
  2. Ir agregando la harina poco a poco.
  3. Si desea que la masa esté más esponjosa, dejar reposar por lo menos unos 10 minutos.
  4. Para hacer las crepes, rociar una sartén de teflón con un poco de aceite de canola, luego que esté caliente agregar más o menos de 1/4 a 1/3 de taza de masa por cada crepe. Que se distribuya bien en la sartén para que quede fina.
  5. Se pueden hacer previamente y refrigerarlas o congelarlas ya cocidas. Tener presente que se deben refrigerar o congelar separadas entre sí con papel encerado y guardarlas en una bolsita apta para freezzer.
