Ingredientes

  • 1 Libra de mejillones
  • 5 Dientes de ajo laminados
  • 3 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • ¼ De taza de vino blanco
  • 2 Limones
  • 1 Lata de tomates
  • Perejil liso picadito
  • Picante
  • Sal y pimienta

Preparación

  1. Cocinar los mejillones, en una sartén o wok agregar un poco de aceite de oliva y saltear los ajos, incorporar los mejillones (con toda el agua que trae el paquete), dar un toque de sal y pimienta e incorporar el vino, dejar evaporar y reservar.
  2. Aparte, agregar al zumo de limón, los tomates triturados y el picante. Dejar cocinar bien hasta que el líquido se vaya evaporando.
  3. Luego agregar el perejil picadito. Mezclar bien y servir.
