Ingredientes

  • 5 berenjenas cortadas a lo largo
  • 3 pimientos (1 de cada color)
  • 1/2 libra de queso parmesano
  • 1 libra de carne molida de pollo
  • 1 libra de queso mozzarella
  • 1 taza de aceite de oliva
  • Pimienta y sal al gusto

Preparación

  1. Cocinamos la carne molida de manera habitual y reservamos.
  2. Pasamos la berenjena por la sartén hasta marear; reservar.
  3. Limpiamos los pimientos, les quitamos las semillas y cortamos en cuadros.
  4. Llevamos a la licuadora con el aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta y el queso parmesano. Hacemos una salsa y reservamos.
  5. En un pyrex servimos primero un poco de la salsa y comenzamos a armar con las berenjenas, la carne y el queso mozzarella. La última debe terminar en queso.
  6. Bañamos con el resto de la salsa y llevamos al horno a 180ºC por 25 minutos.
