Ingredientes

  • 1 Paquete de tallarines de arroz
  • 1 Pechuga de pollo en cuadritos
  • 2 Cucharadas de apio picado
  • 1/2 Pimiento rojo en tiras
  • 1 Huevo
  • 1/2 Cebolla cortada en tiras
  • 1 Taza de puerro chino cortado
  • 1/2 Taza de concentrado de tamarindo natural
  • 2 Cucharadas de salsa de pescado
  • 1/2 Taza de maní
  • 1 Cucharada de limón
  • 3 Cucharadas de soya
  • 3 Cucharadas de salsa de ostras
  • 4 Cucharadas de aceite Mazzola Canola

Preparación

  1. En un wok saltear el pollo hasta dorar, agregar los vegetales y saltear por unos segundos.
  2. Colocar la salsa de pescado y el tamarindo, cuando los jugos estén reducidos agregar 2 cucharadas de aceite, colocar el huevo y revolver con los demás ingredientes.
  3. Por otro lado hidratar la pasta en agua hirviendo por unos pocos minutos, de allí colocar en el wok con las salsa restantes y servir con maní por encima.
