Ingredientes

  • 1 Paquete de pasta
  • 1 Cebolla blanca laminada
  • 2 Tazas de crema de leche
  • ¼ Taza de queso roquefort (o queso azul)
  • ½ Taza de queso cheddar
  • 1 Taza de queso emmenthal o gruyère (rallado)
  • 1 Taza de queso parmesano (rallado)
  • 2 Cucharadas de mantequilla
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Poner a cocer la pasta según instrucciones del empaque.
  2. Cortamos la cebolla y freímos en la mantequilla.
  3. Luego añadimos la crema y dejamos calentar a fuego bajo.
  4. Cuando esté caliente, añadimos los quesos roquefort, cheddar y elementhal a fuego muy lento. Removemos muy bien hasta que se fundan y se haga una salsa espesa.
  5. Escurrimos la pasta y la colocamos en una fuente.
  6. Agregamos la salsa,1/2 taza de queso parmesano y removemos.
  7. Colocamos en un molde y ponemos por encima el queso parmesano restante.
  8. Llevamos al horno a 400ºF durante 5-7 minutos, o hasta que el queso se derrita un poco y se dore.
