Pasta Scampi con Almejas

Ingredientes

  • 1 Paquete de pasta larga (preferiblemente espaguetis finos)
  • 1 Libra de almejas
  • 1 Cabeza de ajo
  • ½ Taza de vino blanco
  • 3 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Hojuelas de pimienta de cayena
  • Perejil liso picadito
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Cocinar la pasta según las instrucciones.
  2. En una sartén o wok, agregar el aceite de oliva y los ajos laminados. Cocinar a fuego medio para evitar que se quemen.
  3. Luego incorporar las almejas con el líquido que viene en el empaque, mezclar bien, dar toque de sal, pimienta y las hojuelas de cayena, cocinar por un par de minutos.
  4. Luego incorporar el vino blanco y dejar evaporar. Finalmente agregar la mitad del perejil liso picadito.
  5. Agregar la pasta al dente, mezclar bien y por último agregar el resto del perejil.
  6. Al momento de servir se puede dar toque de sal y pimienta al gusto.
