Pastelitos rellenos de queso de cabra, nueces y menta

Ingredientes

  • 1 paquete de masa para pastelitos
  • 100 gramos de queso de cabra
  • 1 taza de nueces
  • 2 manojos de menta
  • 1/2 taza de miel
  • 3 tazas de aceite para freír

Preparación

  1. En una sartén colocamos las nueces para dorar por unos minutos, luego las trituramos un poco con un cuchillo y reservamos.
  2. Cortar las hojas de menta y colocarlas en un bol junto al queso de cabra y las nueces; mezclar un poco hasta tener una pasta con todos los ingredientes integrados.
  3. Para armarlos, colocar sobre una masa de pastelito una bolita de la mezcla de queso de cabra, menta y nueces, y cerrarla con otra masa con la ayuda de un tenedor.
  4. En una olla con aceite bien caliente freír los pastelitos hasta dorar. Servir con miel.
