Ingredientes

  • 1 libra de casabe triturado
  • ½ taza de leche
  • ½ taza de queso mozzarella
  • 2 tazas de consomé de verduras
  • 3 huevos
  • ½ barra de mantequilla
  • 3 dientes de ajo triturados
  • Hojas de plátano
  • 1 libra de carne de cerdo molida
  • 1 lata de habichuelas rojas
  • 1 pimiento rojo
  • 1 atado de verduritas
  • 1 lata de salsa condimentada
  • Orégano fresco
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

Preparación

  1. Humedecemos el casabe con el caldo de verduras caliente, agregamos la leche, huevos, mantequilla y el ajo triturado.
  2. Mezclamos todo bien y reservamos.
  3. Cocinamos la carne del relleno con todos sus ingredientes y reservamos.
  4. En un molde colocamos la mitad de las hojas de plátano y agregamos la mitad de la masa, ponemos una capa de la carne y la mitad del queso, luego la otra mitad de la masa y la carne restante, terminamos con la otra parte del queso mozzarella y cubrimos con el resto de las hojas de plátano.
  5. Llevamos al horno por 20 minutos a 170ºC.
  6. Luego retiramos las hojas de plátano y dejamos 10 minutos más para que tome un color dorado.
