Pescado en lecho de fideos

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 libras de pescado de su preferencia
  • 1 tallo de apio
  • 1 tallo de puerro chino
  • 1 lata pimiento ahumado
  • 3 nidos de fideos de los más finos
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Aceite para freír

Preparación

  1. En un pyrex sazonamos el pescado con el apio, puerro chino, pimientos ahumados bien picaditos, sal y pimienta.
  2. Llevamos al horno por 30 minutos a 350ºF.
  3. En una olla con agua hirviendo y suficiente sal vamos poniendo los nidos uno a uno con la ayuda de una pinza para que no se desbaraten. l Dejamos cada nido hasta que ablande un poco pero que mantenga su firmeza.
  4. Repetimos este proceso con cada nido de manera individual.
  5. Los colocamos sobre papel toalla para eliminar el exceso de agua y luego los freímos en abundante aceite hasta que doren.
  6. Servimos el pescado sobre los nidos.
