Ingredientes

  • Ingredientes de la masa:
  • 1 taza de cereal de su preferencia
  • ½ taza de granola
  • ¼ taza de almendras
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco
  • 1½ cucharadas de miel
  • ½ cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
  • 1 pizca generosa de sal
  • Ingredientes del relleno:
  • 2 tazas de yogurt firme (griego, preferiblemente)
  • 2 cucharadas de queso crema
  • 1½ cucharadas de miel

Preparación

  1. Llevar a la licuadora todos los ingredientes de la masa y triturar durante un minuto.
  2. Luego, usando una cuchara, vertemos la mezcla* en un molde de tartas pequeño y presionamos usando la parte del revés de la cuchara para llevar la masa hasta los bordes, asegurándonos de que esté firme.
  3. Aparte, mezclamos en un bol los ingredientes del relleno y vertemos la mezcla en el centro de la masa del pie. Llevar al congelador durante un rato.
  4. *Se puede usar solo parte de la mezcla, según el gusto, y también se puede servir sin la masa de Pie.
