Ingredientes

  • 1 Barra de mantequilla
  • 1 Taza de harina cernida
  • 3 Cucharadas de azúcar
  • 1 Cucharadita de esencia de vainilla (al gusto)
  • 1 Yema
  • Ralladura de 1 limón
  • 1 Lata de leche condensada
  • 2 Yemas
  • 1/4 De taza jugo de limón fresco

Preparación

  1. En un bowl poner la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, junto con la harina, el azúcar, la esencia de vainilla, la yema y la ralladura. Con las manos, hacer una masa homogénea, no se debe pegar en las manos, si esto pasa, agregar un poco más de harina.
  2. Una vez lista, poner en un molde de pie y llevar al horno a temperatura media 350º, hasta que se dore levemente. Mientras está en el horno preparar el relleno.
  3. En un bowl poner la leche condensada, las yemas y el jugo de limón. Revolver bien. Cuando la masa esté lista, retirarla del horno, poner el relleno encima y volver a poner en el horno por unos 10 minutos más. Sugerencia: servir con whipped cream.
