Ingredientes

  • Palitos de brocheta (cantidad deseada)
  • 1 Libra de queso de freír en cuadritos
  • 1 Libra Longaniza en ruedas
  • 5 Plátanos maduros en ruedas
  • 2 tazas de mayonesa
  • 1 Pimiento rojo cortado en trozos pequeños
  • 1 Cebolla cortada en trozos pequeños
  • 2 Cucharadas de alcaparras cortadas en trozos pequeños
  • 1 Tallo de puerro cortado en trozos pequeños
  • Sal al gusto

Preparación

  1. Cortar el queso de freír en cuadritos de más o menos 2x2 cms.
  2. Cortar la longaniza en ruedas.
  3. Cortar el plátano maduro en ruedas.
  4. Freír las ruedas de plátano maduro y las ruedas de longaniza.
  5. En el palito colocar una rueda de plátano maduro, una rueda de longaniza y un cuadrito de queso de freír.
  6. Continuar este procedimiento hasta tener la cantidad de brochetas deseadas.
  7. Para la salsa tártara: En un bowl mezclar todos los ingredientes, dejar reposar por unos minutos y servir.
